Rules and Guidelines
Protection
-Never Ask for Passwords, or Give Anyone Else Yours: Administrators or Moderators will never ask you for your password.
-Do not post personal information such as an address, phone number or any other information that could hurt your personal identity
The Forum
-No Spamming Outside the General Chat: Spam, or posts that are nonsensical or irrelevant to the forum in which they're posted, should only be posted in the General Chat. Users are encouraged to stay on topic and be relevant to the theme of where discussions are held.
-Be Courteous: Please be civil and courteous towards your fellow Akriri. We have an open policy regarding language, but overly abusive language is not permitted. If your post is excessively vulgar, insulting, explicit, or contains hateful intentions, it will be removed and you will receive a warning. Frequent occurrences may lead to account termination.
-No Trolling: Posting material that is inflammatory or intended solely to offend or provoke other members is called 'trolling', and is not permitted.
-No Stalking: Persistent harassment of an individual or group of individuals against their wishes (commonly known as 'stalking') is not permitted. If someone asks you to stop, please leave them alone.
On Art Work
-We welcome artists of all levels from amateur to professional and to that end we do not attach any minimum standards of quality.
-Be Constructive: When commenting on artwork, please try to be constructive in your criticism or balance criticism with praise.
-Do not post any artwork that it is pornographic, contains excessive gore, racism, or hurtful towards a certain person or their Akriri.
-Please be considerate on what size artwork you post to make viewing, and loading, easier for all users. Any artwork in which may stretch the page should be considered to be linked to, rather than posted.
-Any post that contains proof of art theft or claiming another's art as your own will be removed and you will receive a warning. This includes, but is not limited to, direct claims of a whole piece, heavily traced or influenced pieces, and the coloring of another's lines to suit your BirdFolk (if you use a free base, such as the one that Kel-Del provides, please credit them for said base).
-Commissions: If you are involved with another user in a commission, please keep in mind that it is an agreement between you and the other
user. You personally are responsible for the money you receive and/or give. Moderators and Admins are unable to help you in the matter if
you do not receive payment or an art piece.

Signatures
Signatures: Please keep signatures free from large, wallpaper size [1024x768] images for easy forum viewing.
-The visual content of your signatures must be in direct agreement with our guidelines for posting artwork/images (free from pornographic implications, gore, hate, et cetera).
-The written content in your signature must also hold to the same standards to forum etiquette. Any racist, hate filled or violent speech will be asked to be changed.
Closed Species Reminder
BirdFolk, or Akriri, are a closed species made by Kel-Del on DeviantArt. They are acquired through auctions, adopt sheets, gifted directly from Kel-Del or created with an MYO slot. You may not create your own without the purchase of a MYO Slot. The only BirdFolk who are accepted as official are the ones that appear on the Masterlist. If you feel your BirdFolk is official but does not appear to be on the list, please refer to the Masterlist Sign Up on DeviantArt that deals with the process on how to make your Folk official.
