Just wondering if there's anybody around that wants to RP.
I'm more of a group RP'er, I always get nervous and feel like I don't have enough to say in singles haha, so I figure I should start a thread rather than waiting for somebody else~
If you're interested - what would you like to do?
Eumelia is a traveler and can fit in any situation, so I'm looking to start a group RP we all agree on so nobody gets bored and stops posting two days in.
I was thinking we could have a quest-type plotline, to give us something to work towards. Like, an unlikely group of birbs work together to explore a cave for a lost artifact!! or something like that.
I'm fine creating scenarios and things to keep the plot progressing if we think we'll need that.
But idk, what do you guys think?

I'm down doll ; W ; I really like the lost artifact scenario, that's super fun. Cider is a traveler but he's a lil cranky;; I really want to start roleplaying, but I haven't in so so -goes on for five minutes- SO long; this would be such a great way to loosen up ; W ; |

Yeah I liked that scenerio - and I haven't really done any RPing in a while either so it's fine, I'm sure we'll both get into the swing of it quick!
D'you wanna start, or wait to see if anybody else wants to join us (because group rps are fun and stuff //sob)

I think I might like to join. But it would be dependent on the amount needed for each response......like I don't have the time commitment for those super long 10+ paragraphs-for-each-post rps, but I could definitely do a chatplay or reasonable paragraph length one.  |

Yay more interest! OH PFF GOD NO. I can't even write fluff for 10+ paragraphs. My max is usually about 4 before it starts to sound stupid. I much prefer smaller posts, because it means it's faster for everyone. As long as you respond and then give the other players something to write about, make it as long or as short as you want in my opinion. |

Where should we all start off at? If we all presume we were drawn to the cave by some promise of treasure, because why else would you go explore a cave, but have we already been travelling together for a while, did we meet up in a village beforehand thanks to an ad or something?
What d'you guys want to do about that - I don't know about having a load of travelling fluff, since it gets old fast.
We could always post about the meeting up and then fast travel though I suppose.

I guess it depends on the background information of that, but it could be potentially interesting to start off when they meet up there or even inside the cave (if they "planned on exploring on their own but uh oh others are here" sort of thing?) If we're planning on showing some of the before, I agree in planning on not letting it get too long. |
